Scott is passionate about helping his community and clients with over 10 years in Real Estate Sales. He is

Licenecsed in Texas and Oklahoma. He has an Associate degree in Business Management, a Texas

Applicator License and has previously held a Texas Property Adjuster License. Scott is active in the

community serving as President of the board of directors for Clay County Farm Bureau and previously

serving as a director Henrietta Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Southwest Cattle Raisers

Association, National Red Angus Association and serves as a fireman on the Joy Volunteer Fire

Department.

Scott lives in rural Clay County with his family as a small ranch owner and is an avid outdoorsman. He

and his family are members of the Bluegrove Baptist Church. Scott enjoys hunting and fishing. Some of

his favorite past times have included being involved with his family in showing horses in 4-H, Shot, Texas

Tech Ranch Horse Team and are AQHA members. They also enjoyed showing livestock with the

Henrietta FFA.

Scott stays current on the housing market conditions and is always continuing his education on real

estate and agriculture issues. He is experienced in complex real estate transactions involving estates,

investment properties with LLC’s and 1031 transactions. He has a practical hands-on understanding of

cattle stocking rates, wildlife management, hay production, brush control and cost of operations that

make Scott a valuable Farm and Ranch agent. His ability to pair the buyer with the correct lender makes

for an easier transaction. Scott is always ready, willing, and able to help with all your real estate needs

whether buying or selling your dream home, working ranch or commercial property.
