Melaina is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a major in Administrative Business, minor Intermediary Business and Marketing with advance studies in Business Law. Before founding Texas Landmark Realtors, She has worked and showed in the horse industry, modeled in the western industry, helped with Non Profit Organizations, worked for several attorneys and a Judge to being an Account Manager for a Global Company based in Dallas supporting Multi Million Dollar clients and businesses. Melaina and her husband are avid supporters of their local community and help provide  multiple ranching heritage Scholarships for our youth.

Melaina brings over 18 years experience and a true passion for the Real Estate Industry to providing the best service to her clients before and after the sale in true Texas form. Melaina is a licensed Broker in both Texas and Oklahoma. She has helped her clients buy and sell over 20,000 acres in over 20 counties with a total of revenue sales over 100 Million.With years of Real Estate experience, Melaina makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for her clients. In addition to helping her clients, she has been selected for multiple delicate court cases as a Court Receiver providing her fair and transparent expertise. 

She resides in Decatur, Texas married to her husband of eighteen years.  They have a twelve year old son. They continue to compete in NRCHA Cow horse, AQHA ranch versatility, and PRCA/team roping in multiple associations and have the honor of holding over 12 All Around Championships.

The family ranches are located in  Clay County, Parker County, and Tarrant where they raise beef cattle, American Quarter Horses  and respectively hunt and manage wildlife. Not only does she sell this lifestyle, the whole family lives and understands the true value and heritage of leaving a family legacy.
